The Complex Road to Lasting Change
Front-Line Ownership (FLO) was born out of frustration with trying to create successful patient safety programs. Deep engagement of those who need to change allows for co-creation and results in sustained ownership rather than transient buy-in. Dr. Gardam will provide several examples of how FLO has been used to improve patient safety and how it can work synergistically with process improvement methodologies such as the Model for Improvement.

A Breakfast with the Chiefs Presentation.
